360 Dotnet was established as a result of the frustration of an organisation who were looking for a system to not only run day to day business, but could also proactively manage customer relationships. There were many systems that focused on the administration side of the business, good for the back office, but none with a real emphasis on the adviser and their relationships with their customers.

360 Lifecycle was built to focus on the customer and then all of the elements of the software followed from there. A solution that is built front to back as opposed to others that were built back to front, with the customer and the adviser as almost an afterthought.

Lifetime Group’s desire for 360 Dotnet to build the solution proved to be a very sensible one and it quickly became apparent that they were unsurprisingly not the only business looking to address the same issue.

Since its launch in 2003, 360 Lifecycle has proved ever more popular and is now adopted by some of the biggest names in the Mortgage industry.
