Use 360 Lifecycle’s hotbox to manage all leads and opportunities, allowing you to schedule events for your convenience within our diary system. This creates seamless and easily accessible sales.
Automatic reminders and opportunities can be generated towards the end of clawback periods and product review dates to allow advisers to efficiently keep track of clients’ business.
Our hotbox allows advisers to manage their lead pipeline like a ‘to-do’ list, ‘call to action’ or ‘reminder list’. Client events, such as reviews or product renewals, are automatically added to your Hotbox so you can clearly see what actions you need to take in the near future.
Beyond that, our Hotbox allows the adviser to postpone, amend, refer or transfer opportunities.
The system is available for financial advice firms of any size, large or small. It can be used by support and admin staff, principle, sales managers, call centres and introducers.
360 Lifecycle utilises Microsoft’s Cloud Based Platform, Azure. Microsoft has an obligation to protect 360’s data, security and privacy. Therefore, keeping your data safe. Data is not restricted by the size of your computer and can be accessed by you from anywhere in the world.
We offer initial training, manuals and videos alongside ongoing technical support. Our Support Team are just a call or email away and are available Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm.
