360 Lifecycle x Protection Platform Journey

  1. Navigate to the maintenance tab and click on General > Common Settings > “Feature Configuration”.
  2. Under “Life and Income Protection Sourcing,” locate “Protection Platform Sourcing” and ensure the box is checked. Click “OK.”
  1. In the FactFind, click the three dots in the top right corner and select “FactFind Settings.”
  2. Enter your Protection Platform credentials.
  3. A green box will appear on the right to validate your credentials. Click “Save.”
  1. Ensure applicant information (including date of birth, smoker status, address) is filled out in the FactFind.
  2. Go to the sourcing area and select “Protection Platform Requirements,” and specify your requirements (e.g., life and critical illness cover).
  3. Customise cover details (applicant, cover amount, term, cover basis).
  4. Add additional products if needed.
  1. Select “Protection Platform”
  2. Log in using pre-populated credentials.
  3. Complete the application by answering questions and entering relevant health and lifestyle information.
  4. View quotes from providers based on entered data.
  5. Add desired quotes to the basket and proceed to direct debit details for application processing.
  1. Return to 360 Lifecycle’s FactFind.
  2. Navigate to sales data > submission sheet.
  3. Select “Retrieve Quotes” to view processed applications.
  4. Choose the desired quote and proceed with application submission or further details.
